Stephanie earned her Master’s in Management Leadership from Western Governors University and her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Delaware.Ĭarole has been with JMT Consulting since 2003. She also advises several small businesses and volunteers with the Nashville Rescue Mission and Girl Scouts, USA. Stephanie serves as a business mentor with the Entrepreneurial Center and Launch Nashville groups. Her focus is to drive operational excellence to enhance and build corporate value through process design, automation, innovation, and data management.
